Ingredients
- 15 1/2 golden hominy (drained)
- 1 onion (finely chopped)
- 475 gr chili with beans
- 110 gr sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 1 package ripe olives (sliced)
Combine chili and half of olives; spoon into a lightly greased 1.5-quart cass erole. Top with onion and hominy, and bake at 350�F for 25 minutes. Sprinkle w ith cheese and remaining olives; bake an additional 5 minutes.
