Ingredients
- 2 pimentos fine (cut)
- 1 1/2 potatoe chips (crushed)
- 3/4 mayonaise
- 1/2 monsodium glutemate
- 550 gr chicken (cold chopped)
- 200 gr celery (chopped)
- 120 gr chedder cheese (grated)
- 180 ml cream of chicken soup
- 80 gr almonds (finely cut chopped)
- 10 ml lemon juice
- 3 gr salt
Combine all except cheese, chips and almonds. Place in large rectangular dish. Top with cheese, chip and muts. Let stand overnight in refrig. Bake 400 oven for 20-25 minutes.
