Ingredients
- 2 potato chips (crushed)
- 280 gr chicken (cooked diced)
- 180 ml mayonnaise
- 100 gr celery (finely chopped)
- 60 gr walnuts-coarsely (chopped)
- 16 ml lemon juice
- 12 gr onion (minced)
- 1 gr pepper
- 3 slices eggs (hard boiled sliced)
- 1 package cream of chicken soup
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. In large bowl combine all ingredients except potato chips. Mix well. Spoon into greased 2 litre casserole and top with potato chips; bake 15-20 minutes or until done.
