Ingredients

- 2 eggs
- 475 gr rice krispies
- 300 gr sugar
- 280 gr dates
- 230 gr butter
- 140 gr nuts
- 30 ml milk
- 4 gr vanilla
- 1 package flaked coconut
Melt butter and sugar in a skillet, stirring for 2 minutes. Add chopped dates. Set aside. In a small bowl, beat 2 eggs and milk. Slowly add a small amount of hot mixture to eggs and milk. Pour entire egg mixture into skillet. Cook mixture 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Add nuts, vanilla, and cereal. Roll small amount, about 1 large heaping tablespoon, into a ball (be careful, it will be hot) and roll ball in coconut. This freezes well. ----
