Ingredients
- 2 stalks
- 1 clove garlic
- 500 gr garbanzo
- 450 gr beef (lean ground)
- 260 gr pork
- 190 gr tomato paste
- 100 gr celery
- 65 gr green bell pepper
- 60 gr onion
- 3 gr salt
TO COOK IN THE OVEN: Pour the mixture into an ungreased 2 litre casserole. Cover and bake in a 190ºC . oven until hot and bubbly, about 45 minutes. Serve.
