Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 5/8 bisquick
- 240 ml milk
- 210 gr chicken
- 140 gr mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- 180 ml creamed cottage cheese
- 28 gr parmesan cheese (grated)
- 2 gr garlic powder
- 1 gr oregano
- 1 gr pepper
- 1 gr basil
- 1 package tomato paste
Heat oven to 400. Grease 25 cm pie plate. Layer cottage cheese and parmesan cheese in pie plate. Mix chicken and half cup mozzarella cheese, the garlic powder, oregano, basil and tomato paste; spoon over parmesan cheese. Beat remaining ingredients in blender on high for 15 seconds, by hand for 1 min. until smooth. Pour into pie plate and bake 30 minutes. Top with remaining mozzarella cheese. Bake 5-8 minutes longer or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes. ~-
