Ingredients
- 9 pastry
- 1 evaporated milk
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 80 ml mayonnaise
- 28 gr parmesan cheese (grated)
- 4 gr salt
- 1 gr pepper
Line deep 23 cm pie pan with the pastry; crimp edges, and brush with evaporated milk. Bake in a very hot oven, 450�, 5 minutes. Fill shell with tomatoes, and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Mix remaining ingredients and spread on tomatoes. Bake in moderate oven, 350�, for 40 minutes, or until tomatoes are done.
