Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 bisquick
- 250 gr corn syrup
- 200 gr pecans
- 180 ml milk
- 170 gr brown sugar
- 55 gr margarine
- 7 gr vanilla
Preheat oven to 180ºC . Grease pie plate, 9 inchx 3 cm . Sprinkle pecans in plate. Beat remaining ingredients till smooth; 15 seconds in blender on High or 1 minute with hand beater. Pour into plate. Bake till knife inserted in centre comes out clean, 50-55 minutes. Cool.
