Ingredients
- 10 milliliters garlic (minced)
- 1 1/2 italian seasoning
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 525 gr tomatoes (crushed)
- 475 gr kidney beans (drained)
- 350 ml tomatoe juice
- 230 gr beef (ground)
- 110 gr tomatoe paste
- 65 gr green pepper (chopped)
- 50 gr celery (chopped)
- 50 gr pepperoni (sliced)
- 2 gr sugar
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr pepper (dried red crushed)
Brown beef in large frying pan, drain. Add onion, green pepper, celery and garlic. Cook until pepper and celery are soft (about 5 minutes). In 5 litre saucepan or crock pot combine remaining ingredients. Mix well. Stir in ground beef and vegetables. Simmer 30 minutes or more (as much as two hours for full flavor).
