Ingredients
- 85 gr corn syrup
- 65 gr flour
- 55 gr margarine
- 55 gr brown sugar
- 40 gr coconut
- 2 gr vanilla
Mix flour with coconut. Combine syrup, sugar and margarine in saucepan. Cook over medium heat. Stir until well blended. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla. Blend in flour mixture. Drop by teaspoonfuls 3-4 inch apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 160ÂșC or 8 to 10 minutes. ----
