Ingredients
- 4 egg whites
- 2 eggs
- 1 sweetener
- 350 ml water
- 80 ml lemon juice
- 12 gr cornstarch
- 7 ml cream of tartar
- 8 packages equal
Cook all ingredients in double boiler until thickened. Pour into pie shell. Top with meringue which has been beaten stiff. Bake 230ÂșC for 15 minutes or until golden brown. ----
