- 9 springform (pan)
- 7 eggs
- 2 matzoh meal
- 2 pecans
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/4 whites yolk mixture (into)
- 250 gr sugar
- 80 ml lemon juice
- 16 ml lemon juice
- 12 gr lemon rind
- 5 gr margarine
springform pan, spooon glaze over. Let stand a few minutes so glaze seeps in. Remove cake from pan by running thin knife around rim to release cake; remove sides. Garnish with lemon peel, if you wish.
