- 2 egg whites
- 240 gr lowfat cottage cheese
- 180 ml pineapple in juice (crushed)
- 60 ml pineapple juice
- 32 gr wheat germ
- 5 ml lemon juice
- 4 gr vanilla
- 6 packages sweet n low
- 1 package gelatin powder
Cereal Blend cheese, egg whites, Sweet and Low, lemon juice and vanilla in food processor. Dissolve geletin in pineapple juice, Blend into cheese mixture. Stir in pineapple and cinnamon. Spray 23 cm pie plate with Pam. Sprinkler wheat germ over. Pour in cheese mixture, Bake 30 min. at 350. Let cool before cutting,
