Ingredients
- 4 chives (dried)
- 240 ml cream cheese
- 120 ml sour cream
- 75 gr lox
- 34 gr chives (fresh)
- 16 gr onion
- 5 ml whipping cream
- 1 gr pepper (white)
Beat the cream cheese to a smooth consistency and blend in the sour cream. Mix in the lox thoroughly. Stir in all of the other ingredients. Cover and chill. Makes about 2.5 cups of dip. SUGGESTED DIPPERS: Bagel Chips, Tomatoes, Radishes, Cucumber, Scallions, and Figs.
