Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 artificial sweetener
- 300 gr cornflakes
- 80 gr coconut (shredded)
- 65 gr pecans
- 1 gr almond extract
Beat egg white until stiff but not dry. Fold in sweetener equivalent to 1 cup sugar. Add remaining ingredients. Drop by teaspoonfulls onto greased baking sheet. Bake 180ÂșC for dozen minutes. Remove from pan at once.
Makes about 3.5 dozen cookies.
