Ingredients
- 10 tube (pan)
- 6 eggs
- 600 gr sugar
- 500 gr flour
- 475 ml milk
- 350 ml milk
- 260 gr shortening
- 190 gr unsweetened chocolate
- 150 gr nuts
- 14 gr baking powder
- 12 gr vanilla
- 6 gr salt
to break up any large air bubbles. Bake at 160ºC for 1 hour and 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool cake for 20 minutes in pan on a rack, remove from pan, and cook cake completely on rack. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar. ----
