Ingredients
- 2 worcestershire
- 1 garlic clove
- 400 gr round steak
- 180 ml ketchup
- 180 ml vinegar
- 10 ml oil
- 5 ml dry mustard
- 4 gr sugar
- 3 gr salt
- 2 gr paprika
Slice the steak into 3 cm squares and brown it in a frying pan in the oil. Place the steak in a 2 litre casserole dish. Put the rest of the ingredients in the frying pan. Simmer for 3 minutes. Pour over steak. Cover and bake at 350` for 1 hour. Uncover and bake half hour. Serve over rice or noodles.
