Ingredients
- 1 turkey (ground cooked)
- 525 gr tomatoes (chopped)
- 325 gr pkg lima beans (frozen)
- 300 gr potatoes (diced)
- 180 gr pkg corn (frozen)
- 170 gr cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 120 gr onions (chopped)
- 40 gr flour
- 16 ml worcestershire sauce
- 3 gr salt
- 1 slice green pepper in (cut)
Preheat oven at 375. Prepare a 3 litre casserole dish with cooking spray and flour. In a bowl, combine browned and drained turkey, onion, and tomatoes with liquid, Worcestershire sauce and salt. Spoon into casserole dish. Layer the potatoes, flour, corn, lima beans and green pepper on top. Cover and bake for 45 minutes. Sprinkle with the cheese and continue baking, uncovered, for 30 minutes longer.
