Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 325 gr chocolate chips
- 250 gr unbleached flour
- 230 gr butter
- 220 gr dark brown sugar
- 200 gr sugar
- 65 gr pecans
- 16 gr unbleached flour
- 7 gr vanilla
- 3 gr baking soda
- 3 gr salt
Cream butter, sugar and brown sugar until well-blended. Add eggs, one at a time, blending well. Mix in vanilla. Sift together flour, soda and salt. Add to butter mixture. Stir until mixed. Add chocolate chips and pecans. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto well-greased cookie sheet. Bake at 180ÂșC or dozen minutes.
