Ingredients
- 3 egg whites whipped
- 325 gr milk chocolate chips
- 450 ml fat free cream cheese softened
- 200 gr granulated sugar
- 120 ml fat-free sour cream
- 100 gr graham cracker crumbs
- 40 gr margarine melted
- 32 gr unbleached flour
- 4 gr vanilla
Preheat oven at 350. Prepare a 23 cm pie pan with cooking spray and flour; set aside. To prepare crust, combine crumbs and margarine in a small mixing bowl. Press into prepared pan. Bake for 10 minutes. To prepare filling, combine cream cheese, sugar, flour, egg whites, sour cream, vanilla, and chocolate chips in another mixing bowl. Pour into crust. Bake for 55 minutes. Loosen cake from rim of pan. Cool. Chill.
