Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 bisquick
- 475 gr ca pumpkin
- 150 gr sugar
- 230 ml cream cheese softened
- 8 gr pumpkin pie spice
- 1 gr vanilla
*(I mix my own using cinnamon, allspice & nutmeg) Mix all ingredients until smooth. Line muffin tin with paper liners or spray wi th PAM. Pour batter in each tin, 0.75 full. Bake for 30 at 350-degrees F.
