Ingredients
- 30 fromage frais
- 8 per
- 3 spring onions
- 1 shallot
- 1 stick celery (finely chopped)
- 100 gr green beans trimmed
- 100 gr kidney beans (canned red)
- 65 gr broad beans
- 18 gr firm tofu cubed
- 5 gr herbs parsley (chopped fresh)
- some salt and pepper
seasoning with a little salt and pepper. Serve with the salad and garnish with sprigs of fresh herbs. Preparation 15 minutes.
