Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 2 vanill extract
- 2 sticks softened
- 575 gr flour
- 325 gr brown sugar
- 300 gr sugar
- 230 gr butter
- 190 gr shortening
- 9 gr baking soda
- 6 gr salt
- 1 package nestle chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In small bowl combine flour,baking soda and salt. In large bowl combine butter,sugar,brown sugar and vanilla extract . Beat in eggs. Gradually add flour mixture. Stir in chocolate chips Semi-sweet. Drop by teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 190ºC or 10 to 14 min.. Makes about 5 dozen 2.25 cookies.
