Ingredients
- 3 sweetener
- 750 gr wheat flour (finely ground)
- 300 ml vegetable oil
- 120 ml warm pure spring water (very)
- 120 ml pure spring water
- 30 gr ener egg replacer
- 8 gr salt
- 8 gr dry yeast (active)
Mix all ingredients in order & mix together. Optional toppings are raisins, sesame or poppy seeds. Place on lightly greased baking pan or cookie sheet. Leave at room temperature for 4 to 6 hours or longer if necessary. Preheat oven to 325. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes until golden brown. For a shinier crust, brush with 1- half tsp Ener-G egg replacer mixed with 1 TB pure spring water. Ener-G egg replacer contains no egg or egg derivatives & no animal products.
