- 240 ml sweet milk
- 120 ml molasses
- 55 gr melted butter
- 24 gr nuts (chopped)
- 7 gr brown sugar
- 5 gr ginger
- 5 gr baking soda
- 1 gr salt
alternately with milk to sugar and molasses mixture. Beat until well blended. Pour into well-oiled baking pan. Sprinkle with nuts and 1.5 tablespoons brown sugar. Bake in moderate oven (375� F) about 30 minutes. Bertha V. Hull, Alton, OH. ----
