- 200 gr boned chicken breast (skinless halves)
- 65 gr pecans (finely chopped)
- 50 gr cornflake crumbs
- 10 ml skim milk
- 1 gr parsley flakes
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr garlic powder
- 3 slices in a shallow dish combine cornflake crumbs
