Ingredients
- 3/4 quick-cooking oatmeal
- 150 gr sugar
- 120 ml milk
- 95 gr strawberry gelatin
- 60 gr flaked coconut
- 34 gr nuts (chopped)
- 22 gr corn syrup (light)
- 14 gr butter
- 1 gr salt
Combine gelatin, sugar, milk, salt and syrup in mediumsize saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, to soft-ball stage, 236 degrees. Remove from heat; stir in butter, oatmeal, coconut and nuts. Drop immediately by tablespoon onto waxed paper. Cool. Wis/Gramma ----
