Ingredients
- 270 gr chicken breasts
- 60 ml honey-dijon bbq sauce
- 30 ml vegetable oil
- 2 gr tarragon (dried)
- 4 slices potatoes (sliced)
Microwave potatoes 8 10 minutes until tender. While potatoes cook, in large skillet toss and brown chicken in oil over high heat 5 minutes. Add potatoes; saute and toss until potatoes are lightly browned. Add BBQ sauce and tarragon; toss until heated through. Time: 20 minutes.
