- 1/2 cube of day-old bread browns in
- 160 ml yogurt (plain)
- 32 gr brown rice flour
- 32 gr all purpose flour
- 20 gr button mushrooms
- 1 gr turmeric
- 1 gr chili powder (hot)
- 1 gr cumin (ground)
- 1 gr coriander (ground)
- 1 gr salt
- 1/4 slices thinly onion
minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. Drain on paper towels. Garnish with parsley sprig, if desired, and serve warm.
