Ingredients
- 8 rib lamb chops
- 1 onion (sliced)
- 160 ml orange juice concentrate (thawed)
- 28 gr butter
- 10 ml soy sauce
- 3 gr salt
- 1 gr pepper
In a largeskillet, brown lamb chops in butter. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes or until the meat is tender, turning once. to serve, spoon sauce over lamb.
