Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 250 gr flour
- 190 gr shortening
- 120 gr chocolate chips
- 110 gr brown sugar
- 100 gr sugar
- 170 ml cream cheese
- 65 gr nuts
- 9 gr baking powder
- 4 gr orange peel
- 4 gr vanilla
- 3 gr salt
Servings: dozen Cream together shortening, cheese, and sugars. Add eggs, peel, and vanilla; beat well. Stir together flour, baking powder, and salt; add to creamed mixture. Mix well. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop from teaspoon 5 cm apart on an ungreased cookie sheet. If desired sprinkle lightly with nuts or granulated sugar. Bake at 180ºC about 10 minutes. Makes 6 dozen cookies.
