Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 475 ml buttermilk
- 250 gr wheat flour (whole)
- 14 gr brown sugar
- 14 gr butter
- 5 gr baking soda
- 1 gr salt
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Butter 2 large baking sheets, and place in oven. Combine all ingredients. Do not overmix; the batter should be lumpy. Ladle pancakes onto hot baking sheets.
