Ingredients
- 8 black olives
- 4 tomatoes
- 2 garlic (cloves)
- 130 gr green beans
- 100 gr pasta shells
- 60 ml olive oil
- 30 ml vinegar (white)
- 3 gr capers
- 1 slice bell pepper (red)
Salt & pepper Cook the pasta in boiling, slightly salted water until al dente, 10 to dozen minutes. Drain well & rinse under cold water. Set aside. In a large bowl, mix together the pasta, bell pepper, tomatoes, beans; add the olives & capers. Mix the oil, vinegar, garlic, salt & pepper & pour over the pasta. Toss well just before serving.
