- 220 gr all purpose flour
- 130 gr sugar
- 130 gr butter
- 110 gr brown sugar
- 80 gr oats (uncooked)
- 65 gr pecans
- 16 gr flour
- 7 gr baking powder
- 4 gr vanilla extract
- 2 gr baking soda
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr cinnamon
pan on wire rack 30 minutes. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar. Serve warm or at room temperature. Makes 8 servings. ----
