Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 220 gr all purpose flour
- 170 gr brown sugar
- 130 gr grape jelly
- 75 gr butter
- 60 ml creamy peanut butter
- 4 gr vanilla extract
- 2 gr baking soda
= plus 1.5 tablespoons =or your kid's favorite -jelly Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat Butter and peanut butter at medium speed until fluffy. Slowly add sugar. Beat well. Add eggs and vanilla. Beat well. Combine flour and soda. Stir well. Slowly add flour mixture to butter mixture. Blend well. Shape dough into 3 cm balls. Place balls about 5 cm apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten in crisscross pattern using a fork. Bake until lightly browned, about 8-10 minutes. Cool completely on wire racks. Place 1 teaspoon jelly on bottom of half of cookies.
