Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 230 gr crunchy peanut butter
- 150 gr sugar
- 120 gr crispie rice cereal
- 4 gr vanilla
In a large mixing bowl stir together peanut butter, egg, sugar and vanilla. When well blended, quickly stir in cereal. Roll into 3 cm balls. Place on a cookie sheet and flatten with tines of a fork. Bake at 180ÂșC for about 10 minutes. Do not remove from pan until slightly cooled.
