Ingredients
- 10 hungry jack biscuits
- 280 ml pizza sauce
- 230 gr beef (ground)
- 130 gr pepperoni (sliced)
- 55 gr mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- 10 gr parmesan cheese
- 1 gr oregano (crushed)
Brown and drain ground beef. Heat oven to 200ºC Lightly grease cookie sheet. Separate dough into 10 biscuits. Press or roll each to 13 cm circle forming 1 cm rim around outside edge. Spread 2 tablespoons sauce just to edges of pizza; sprinkle each with small amount of oregno. Top with pepperoni, ground beef and cheeses. Bake at 200ºC from 12-15 minutes until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted. Remove from cookie sheet. Refrigerate leftovers. Makes 10 pizzas.
