Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 pecan (halves)
- 1 nine unbaked pie crust
- 325 gr dark corn
- 100 gr sugar
- 55 gr butter
- 4 gr vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 180ºC . In large bowl, beat eggs. Stir in syrup, sugar, butter and vanilla. Stir in pecans. Pour in crust. Bake, uncovered, 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted about 1- half inches from edge comes out clean. Cool on wire rack.
