Ingredients
- 5 eggs
- 1 unbaked pie crust
- 3/8 chiles (canned)
- 475 ml whipping cream
- 50 gr tomatoes
- 40 gr onion
- 22 gr jack cheese
- 20 gr cheddar cheese
- 18 gr salt
- 1 gr nutmeg
- 1 gr cayenne
* Polly's, Huntington Beach! Combine eggs, salt, nutmeg, cayenne, and cream. Whip until smooth and light in consistency. Spread onions, tomatoes, and chiles on bottom of pie crust. Pour egg mixture over filling. Sprinkle with cheeses. Bake 190ºC , 60-70 mins or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Allow to cool 10-15 mins before cutting.
