Ingredients
- 4 pork chops in saucepan
- 2 eggs
- 425 ml water
- 180 gr rice
- 45 ml soy sauce
- 30 ml water
- 30 gr green onions with (sliced)
- 30 gr drippings
- 30 ml water
- 7 gr reserved drippings
- 2 slices bacon (sliced)
soy sauce to eggs; mix well. Turn into a greased 1.5 quart casserole. In skillet, brown the chops in 1 Tablespoon. drippings. Arrange chops atop rice mixture; brush with additional soy sauce.
