Ingredients

- 2 ozs
- 1 onion
- 260 gr pork (boneless fresh)
- 240 gr peas (frozen)
- 130 gr cashews (salted)
- 80 gr mushrooms (fresh)
- 10 ml soy sauce
- 10 ml water (cold)
- 3 gr cornstarch
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr pepper
- 2 slices ozs
Stir in salt, pepper, peas and mushrooms. Cover and microwave on medium (50%) 9 minutes. Stir every 3 minutes. Blend cornstarch and water; stir into meat mixture. Stir in pimiento. Cover and microwave on medium (50%) until meat is tender, 9 to dozen minutes, stirring every 3 minutes. Stir in cashews. Cover and let stand 5 minutes.
