Ingredients
- 1 egg (slightly beaten)
- 700 gr beef (lean ground)
- 240 ml tomato juice
- 120 gr quaker oats
- 30 gr onion (chopped)
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr black pepper
*May substitute 2 egg whites Heat oven to 350`F. Combine all ingredients; mix lightly but thoroughly. Press into 8 x 10 cm loaf pan; bake 1 hour, or until meat is no longer pink and juices run clear. Drain; let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
