- 3 bran
- 1 rye
- 270 ml water
- 150 gr corn meal
- 130 gr wheat (whole)
- 45 ml molasses
- 22 ml dry milk
- 22 ml olive oil
- 16 gr instant coffee
- 9 gr yeast
- 5 gr cocoa
- 4 gr salt
- 3 gr brotgewurtz
