Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1 pie crust
- 475 ml milk
- 230 gr bacon crumbled
- 220 gr asparagus
- 120 gr swiss cheese (sliced)
- 14 gr butter
- 8 gr flour
- 1 gr salt
Line 23 cm pie pan with apstry. Cover with cheese, asparagus, and bacon. Beat eggs with flour, salt, cayenne, nutmeg, milk, and melted butter. Pour custard over bacon, asparagus and cheese. Bake at 375� for 40 minutes until set. Cut into wedges. Serve warm.
