Ingredients
- 1 parmesan cheese
- 290 gr hash brown potatoes
- 240 ml sour cream
- 240 ml cream of mushroom soup
- 110 gr cheddar cheese
- 1 gr onion powder
Mix all ingredients together except parmesan. Put into greased 9x13 casserole dish. Sprinkle parmesan over top, about quarter cup or so. Bake for 1 hour at 400 degrees.
This can be doubled easily. Also can be prepared in advance and baked just before serving.
