Ingredients
- 1 garlic clove
- 500 gr kidney beans (canned)
- 240 gr rice (cooked)
- 60 gr onion
- 50 gr celery
- 28 gr butter
- 2 gr parsley
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr pepper
Cook onion, celery, and garlic in fat until tender. Remove garlic. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer for 5 minutes to blend flavors. Calories per half cup serving: About 165
