Ingredients
- 1 rhubarb (sliced)
- 1 onion soup mix (envelope)
- 200 ml water
- 180 ml rose wine
- 80 ml honey
- 80 ml chili sauce
- 1 gr seasoned salt
- 1 gr basil
- 1 gr pepper
----------------------------------GARNISH---------------------------------Red onion Greens Place ribs in 9 X 33 cm pan. Add half cup water.Sprinkle with seasoned salt.Cover with foil.Bake @ 180ÂșC or two hours. Meanwhile,combine remaining ingredients except garnish in a sauce pan.Simmer half hour.Pour over ribs.Bake another half hour uncovered.Baste several times. Place on serving platter. Garnish.Serves 6.
