Ingredients
- 9 lattice crust
- 4 rhubarb in
- 3 eggs
- 1 pastry
- 300 gr sugar
- 32 gr enriched flour
- 9 gr butter
- 2 gr nutmeg
Blend sugar, flour, nutmeg. Beat into eggs. Add rhubarb. Line 23 cm pie plate with pastry; fill; dot with butter. Top with lattice crust. Bake at 400 degrees 50 to 60 minutes. Cool.
