Ingredients
- 10 pb pizza crust
- 4 thinly prosciutto (sliced)
- 2 chives (dried)
- 180 ml pizza sauce
- 120 gr provolone cheese
- 110 gr peppers (roasted red)
- 65 gr grn bell pepper
- 36 gr ripe black olives (sliced)
- 16 gr cornmeal
- 2 gr basil leaves (fresh)
- 1 gr basil (dried)
Heat oven to 220ºC . Grease 30 cm pizza pan or 13x9 inch pan. Sprinkle corn meal evenly over bottom of pan. Place dough in center of pan and press out with hands. Spoon pizza sauce evely over crust. Top with green pepper, onions, prosciutto and roasted red peppers. Arrange cheese slices over top. Sprinkle with olives, chives and basil. Bake at 220ºC for 20-25 min or until crust is deep golden brown. Let stand for 5 min.
