Ingredients
- 2 egg whites
- 1 1/2 oatmeal
- 1 banana
- 1 orange zest
- 120 ml honey
- 130 gr flour
- 120 ml orange juice concentrate
- 85 gr raisins
- 30 gr walnuts
- 5 gr baking soda
- 1 gr cinnamon
Blend egg whites, banana, oj concentrate, and honey. Add to dry ingredients. Then add raisins, chopped nuts, orange zest, and cinnamon. Drop on sprayed baking sheet (1 t at a time) and bake at 180ºC or 10-12 minutes. ----
